Recurso de reposición interpuesto contra el Auto 583A/15, que a su vez resolvió el recurso de reposición formulado contra el Auto 361/15.
Recuerda la Sala de Revisión que contra el auto que resuelve la reposición no procede recurso alguno, en consideración a que el mismo no se encuentra previsto en el Decreto 2591 de 1991, ni en el Decreto 2067 de 1991.
Además, porque el artículo 318 del Código General del Proceso de manera expresa lo prohíbe.
Se RECHAZA por improcedente.
